Skill heatmap, guardrail breaches with quotes, outcome rates, and the three moments that explain the gap — day 1 versus day 25.
Credited in full
Sign Practice Team, Agent Assurance or the Platform within 60 days and the $2,500 comes off the first year. If you stop, you keep the report and we delete your data within 30 days.
The thirty days

Day 0 — kick-off (45 min)
Eight scoping questions, your policy excerpt, the team or the agent endpoint, the transparency setting. First private scenario drafted within 24 hours.

Week 1 — baseline
Everyone runs the scenarios once; or the agent runs the suite with repeats. You get the baseline heatmap and the first quoted breaches by Friday.

Weeks 2–3 — practice and fix
People practise the weak skills; engineers fix the agent. We adjust scenarios within 24 hours if they feel unrealistic. Friday updates with data, not adjectives.
- 04
Day 25–30 — retest and readout
Same scenarios again. The readout compares baseline to retest, estimates the business effect with your numbers, and ends with a plan recommendation — or a recommendation not to buy.
