What counts as a session?+
One complete conversation and its debrief. A practice session ends when the learner ends it or reaches the turn limit. An Arena session is one scenario × one repeat against one agent. Coach hints and re-reading debriefs are free.
Is there a minimum?+
No minimum for Practice or Arena usage. Platform is an annual tier. Pilots are free for 50 sessions / 14 days.
How is usage reported on Marketplace?+
Hourly, as practice_session and arena_session units. Your Google Cloud invoice shows them like any other SKU.
Do model upgrades change the price?+
No. You pay per session regardless of which model or channel served it. If you choose GCP-resident inference under Platform, that is included in the tier.
What support do we get?+
Practice and Arena: email, 1 business day. Platform: named contact, 4 business hours during Hong Kong and European business days, shared channel during pilots.
Can we cap spend?+
Yes. Every organisation has a monthly session allowance you can set; we also offer seat bundles with a fixed monthly price.
