Google Workspace sign-in, domain auto-join, invite links with role. Owner / admin / manager / learner. Microsoft Entra on request.
Data residency
Standard channel, or GCP-resident inference via Vertex AI per tenant. Hosting in asia-east1 by default; EU and US regions on request.
Retention you set
Per-organisation retention (default 365 days). Nightly sweep deletes sessions and debriefs past the window; usage and audit records are kept.
Delivery & webhooks
Debriefs by email or to Slack, Teams and Feishu. Safety-protocol notifications to a designated contact — without transcript content.
Audit log
Who invited whom, who changed a setting, who exported what. Exportable.
API & CLI
Everything the UI does is an authenticated API. Org API keys with scoped roles; the Arena CLI for CI.
Private content
Studio scenarios and uploaded material stay in the tenant; never used to improve shared content or models.
Usage controls
Monthly session allowance per organisation; per-user rate limits; cost ledger for your own reconciliation.

Platform ships with a transparency setting that controls what managers see, and every learner is told on every briefing. Our Acceptable Use Policy forbids using practice scores for hiring, firing or compensation.
